Hey! I’m Jessica or Jess whichever you prefer. I’m originally from Arizona, but after high school, I packed up my life and moved with my family all the way to the other coast. Now I’m living in the heart of Myrtle Beach, SC, with the beach at my backdoor instead of the desert and scorpions…
I’m 24 now living with my girlfriend and our rescue kitty, Aspen – she definitely runs the house and knows it. Life looks different these days, but in the best way. I graduated with my bachelor’s in psychology and a minor in marine science back in December of 2023, and now I’m in that weird stage of “what’s next”?
That feeling is what finally pushed me to start this blog. Life’s been kind of all over the place lately, and I needed a spot to just be real, reflect, and connect. I don’t have all the answers (trust me), but writing helps me make sense of the mess, adventures and everything in between. That’s what this space is all about.
I grew up in a traveling family and honestly can’t remember a time when we didn’t have our next adventure planned or at least talked about. I’m incredibly grateful for all the places I’ve been and I can’t wait to share some of those stories (old and new) with you!
